We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. You may return any product purchased from us if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if you have received the wrong item.

- To initiate a return, please notify us by sending a message. Include your Order ID and details of the product in the email.
- Customer Support:
- Our customer care representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you with the return process.
- Return Timeframe:
- If you have received a damaged or defective item, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Required Documentation:
- Please include the invoice received with your order or a photocopy of the invoice along with the return shipment. This will help us track your order details.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Eligibility for Return:
- Items damaged by the customer will not qualify for a return or refund.
